Is Nursing School "Too Hard"?: A Different Take on The Florida Nursing Schools Scandal

I am sure we have all heard about the nursing school scandal that has recently. sparked national outrag. While many healthcare professionals have expressed their disgust with not only the individuals who purchased fruadulent transcripts, but the institutions who allowed this, many nurses have excused such an act due to nursing school being too difficult. While getting through nursing school is no easy task, it is not impossible. Over the years many institutions have incorporated an array of different ways one can complete nursing school. We've all probably sat next to few individuals who were full time employees and students and wondered how in the world theey did it! What are your thoughts? Is getting accepted and then completing nursing school "too hard"? What are some ways to make things better for future nursing students?
